Information and tips

While on route all attendants of "Tulpar - Talgo" while serving the passengers should:

  1. wear a badge on the left-hand side of the uniform;
  2. keep car and toilet cubicles clean during the whole journey;
  3. maintain working order and availability of equipment in cars;
  4. maintain availability of drinking water and plastic cups in dispensers;
  5. maintain availability of and replenish hygienic aids in toilet cubicles on time at least once every two hours or as necessary, following the check-up findings, or on passengers’ request;
  6. answer passenger questions in the language passenger speaks;
  7. upon a passenger’s request, elevate or lower the boards for resting;
  8. remove bedclothes only when passengers have left the car;
  9. upon a passenger’s request, call for a dining car attendant to receive orders for catering services provided by the dining car according to its menu;
  10. render first aid to passengers;
  11. answer passengers' questions concerning their journey, or assist in providing answers from other workers (trainmaster, police officers, dining car attendants, etc.);
  12. provide a customer feedback book immediately upon a passenger’s request;
  13. neat bedclothes for passengers.
