Basic conditions of travel in the passenger train No. 58/57 with the message "Uralsk-Nursultan"


 Registration of travel document (ticket)

1. The issue of a travel document (ticket) is made upon presenting one of the following documents proving the identity of the passenger:

- passport of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- identity card of a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- a residence permit for a foreigner in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- certificate of a stateless person;
- diplomatic passport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- service passport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- seaman's identity card of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- international passport;
- a certificate of return (for citizens of other states, if they lose an identity document on the territory of Kazakhstan to travel along the route to their homeland);
- birth certificate (for children under 16 years of age).
It is also possible to issue a travel document (ticket) upon presentation of:
- Military ticket - for conscripts;
- temporary identity card.

 

Embarking a passenger on a train

2. passenger landing at the station indicated in the travel document (ticket) and any subsequent station along the trains, of the travel document (ticket).
3. The passenger train gives to conductor duly executed travel document (ticket) and one of the original documents certifying the identity of the passenger while boarding.
4. passengers allowed to be landed on the train with a travel document (ticket) containing not more than two differences in the letters surname, name, middle name except for the upper and the presence or absence middle name.
At discrepancy of names, initials or name, patronymic passenger's name, initials or name, middle name, specified in charge against the travel document (ticket), changing (correcting) the names, initials or name, middle name in travel document (ticket), the passenger to board the train is not allowed, except in the case of the above.
Re-registration and refund of money for such travel documents (tickets) is not made.

 

Carriage of luggage and luggage 

5. When the passengers board a train, the conductor of the car checks the compliance of the dimensions of the hand luggage with the established standard.
It is allowed for the passenger to carry hand luggage free of charge for one full or children's travel document (ticket) not exceeding 35 kilograms, the size of which does not exceed 200 centimeters (100x50x50) for a total of three measurements.
Due to the established norm of carrying hand luggage in passenger trains, the passenger is allowed to carry with him, in disassembled and packed form, baby carriages, kayaks, bicycles without a motor, if they are in their sizes placed on the places intended for the placement of hand luggage.
The passenger is free to carry in addition to hand luggage, small items which size is less than 100 centimeters for three measurements, folded children's and (or) wheelchairs in the assembled form, if the child or disabled for whom the strollers are intended, should be on the train.
Passengers from the disabled and low-mobility groups can additionally carry with them free of charge technical auxiliaries (compensatory) facilities and special means of transportation intended for personal use.
Other requirements for free transportation of hand luggage are established in accordance with the Law.
6. When traveling in passenger trains, the passenger, if necessary, in addition to the established rate, carries with him the hand luggage with the following conditions:
1) weighing up to 15 kilograms for a separate fee for the fare of luggage with issuance to the passenger of receipts for transportation of luggage form LU-12A;
2) weighing up to 50 kilograms per one additional travel document (ticket) purchased in full in one compartment of a sleeping or compartment car;
3) with a total weight of up to 300 kilograms in a separate compartment with payment of the full cost of travel documents (tickets) for four seats.
7. Things that can damage or contaminate the wagon or other passengers' belongings, as well as charged weapons (except for cases of public importance), fetid, flammable, poisonous, flammable, explosive and other dangerous substances are not allowed to be carried by hand luggage.
8. The risk of loss, damage and non-preservation of hand luggage is borne by the passenger, except for cases when loss, damage to hand luggage occurred due to the fault of the carrier.
9. In the event that the size of electronic, household, video and audio equipment for a total of three measurements does not exceed 200 centimeters and 35 kilograms, it is carried on account of the standard of hand luggage.
It is allowed to carry these items above the established rate of hand luggage, which for a total of three measurements does not exceed 100 centimeters, no more than one item per travel document (ticket).
For the excess weight of the hand baggage, the specified item, regardless of its weight, will be charged at a luggage rate of 30 kilograms. Registration of this transportation in the luggage office is made on the receipt "Baggage on the hands". If the transportation of said item is carried out on an additional travel document (ticket) purchased, an additional charge of 30 kilograms is not charged.
Televisions, radio receivers, tape recorders and other devices requiring special care are placed in places reserved for wagons for carrying hand baggage or in places occupied by passengers on travel documents.

Conditions for travel of a passenger in route

10. Each passenger occupies a place (places) in a passenger wagon in accordance with the place (s) indicated (s) in the travel document (ticket). Travel of unauthorized persons to these places is not allowed.

11. Each passenger keeps a travel document (ticket) or boarding pass for the duration of the trip and presents at the request of the persons conducting the control (except for the cases when the travel document (ticket) is issued on a double-layer slip, and also through the DTM and stored at the conductor wagon).
12. Passengers use places at any time of the day. Raising and lowering of the upper shelves is carried out at the request of passengers by the conductors of wagons or by passengers.
13. A passenger who has lagged behind a train, declares this to the head of the station (station) or the person authorized to do so.
If a hand luggage remains in the wagon and (or) a travel document (ticket), the head of the station (station) immediately notifies the head of the nearest station (station) in the course of the train about the removal of the left hand luggage and (or) the travel ticket document (ticket).
The head of the station (station), upon receipt of the said notification in conjunction with the train's head, shall take measures to remove and preserve the hand luggage and (or) the travel document (ticket) of the straggler.
The head of the passenger train shall draw up an act indicating the name and number of hand baggage and (or) travel document (s) left. The act is signed by the head of the train, the conductor of the car and two passengers following in the same car in which the straggler passenger was following.
Hand luggage, personal belongings and (or) a travel document (ticket) are handed over together with the act to the station (station). The head of the station (station) notifies the passenger station of the removal of hand luggage, personal belongings and (or) a travel document (ticket) from the train.
14. In cases where the travel document (ticket) of the passenger after the departure of the train remains with the mourner, the passenger is considered to be stowaway.
In the case when the passenger lost the travel document (ticket) or the travel documents (tickets) after the withdrawal of the control coupon by the conductor, they are damaged (broken, burned), the travel documents (tickets) are not restored. The passenger, if necessary, continues the journey on the basis of the control coupon that is located at the conductor.
15. When traveling in a car of a passenger train, it is not allowed:
1) to pass without the presence of travel documents (tickets);
2) to pass on the bandwagon, the roofs of the cars and under the wagons, to make a landing and disembarkation on the train;
3) carry hand luggage that can damage or contaminate the car or other passengers' belongings, as well as smelly, flammable, poisonous, easily flammable, explosive and other dangerous substances;
4) stop the train by means of a stopcock without the need;
5) to pass through tambours and on transitional platforms;
6) to smoke in unidentified places;
7) throw out garbage and other objects from windows and doors of cars.
16. Compensation for partial, complete damage or loss of items of removable equipment, soft removable equipment (including a set of bedding and linen), removable equipment, dishes, as well as the internal equipment of the car is imposed on the guilty person at the cost established by the carrier.

 

Change of conditions of travel

17. When the wagon (train) is replaced and / or uncoupled for a technical malfunction on the way or at the point of formation and turnover, the carrier takes measures to transfer passengers to another train or place them on vacant seats in the same train, including places in wagons of a higher category.
When transferring to a wagon (train) of a higher category, the advantage is granted to passengers with children, patients, elderly people, invalids and participants of the Great Patriotic War and persons equated to them. When transferring to a wagon (train) of a higher category, no surcharge from passengers is charged, and a difference in the cost of travel is paid for the transfer with the consent of the passenger to the wagon (train) of the lower category.
Passengers unplaced in the same train are sent with the nearest departing train on the previously acquired travel documents (tickets).
Forced transfer (transfer) of passengers to another car (train) through the fault of the carrier in each case is documented by an act compiled by the train's head and his signature, and signed by the passenger and employee of the station where this transfer was made and stamped with the station stamp (station). The first copy of the certificate is issued to the passenger, and the second copy of the certificate at the end of the train voyage is transferred to the reserve of conductors forming the train. The passenger, untranslated or unplaced in the same train, returns the full cost of travel at the ticket office for an unexplored distance on the basis of the act.
In all cases of changing the conditions of travel, as well as delay and delay of the train for more than 1 hour, the conductor of the car on the back of the travel document (ticket) is marked.
18. When transferring passengers from a disconnected car to other wagons, the head of the train together with the head (employee) of the station organizes assistance in carrying over the hand luggage of passengers, taking precautions and ensuring the safety of passengers.

 

Refusal to transport and termination of the contract of carriage

19. The carrier may refuse further transportation and disembark the passenger from the train if the passenger is in a painful state, disturbing the peace of the surrounding, if it is not possible to place it separately.
In this case the carrier disembarks the passenger from the train with the participation of medical and medical personnel and only at the station where there are medical and medical organizations. In this case, the passenger returns payments similar to the procedure for returning for an unexplored distance or a mark is made. The conductor returns to the passenger a control coupon. In this case, the head of the train draws up an act in 2 copies with the participation of the conductor of the car and the employee of the medical-medical organization.
If, during disembarkation, the passenger does not want his luggage to follow the train to the station of his destination, baggage upon presentation of the receipt is issued at the station where the passenger was removed from the train or if it is impossible to unload it to the nearest station. With the first return train, the baggage is returned to the station where the passenger was landed from the train, subject to payment for the cost of carrying baggage. In case of disembarkation of a passenger from the train due to his illness, the passenger's luggage is returned free of charge on the basis of a telegram or telephonogram of the head of the station (station) where the passenger was disembarked from the train.
20. The carrier may refuse to be transported if the passenger, during boarding or traveling, disrupts public order and interferes with the calmness of other passengers.
In this case, law enforcement officers, in the presence of the train's head and the conductor of the car, disembark the passenger at the nearest tariff station, where a strong point is functioning, which is documented in 3 copies, indicating the presence of hand luggage. The fare for transportation and transportation of luggage to the passenger is not refundable.

The goal set by “Engineering Company “КАZTECHNOLOGY” Limited Liability Partnership as its primary objective is to provide its clients with wide and high-quality spectrum of leisure services through ensuring of access to multimedia entertainment portal and additional services hosted at train servers by wireless technology (Wi-Fi) (hereinafter – Services).
All terms and conditions of this Agreement are mandatory both for User and Executive. Prior to using the Services any User is obliged to get familiar with the terms and conditions of this public offer.
Services shall be rendered on the basis of «Rules for Service Using” which impose on users the certain restrictions concerning the actions which may restrict or impinge upon the rights and freedoms of other users.

Rules for Service Using

Defined terms and notations
“Executive” is “Engineering Company “КАZTECHNOLOGY” Limited Liability Partnership. Legal address: Office 413, MARDEN Business Center, 14 Beibitshilik Str., Nur-Sultan, 010000, the Republic of Kazakhstan.
“User” is any physical person who had attained the age of eighteen, group of such persons or organization (institution, firm with any form of ownership and so on) which constitutes a legal entity being in need of Services and having technical capability to obtain them.
“User’s technical capability” means the User’s location in the radio coverage area of Wi-Fi access points (supported by device of IEEE 802.11 standard for Wi-Fi) of Executive and using for access to the Services of the User’s adjusted hardware and software (supported by browser of html5, cookie and javascript technologies device). Users shall configure software and set hardware up by themselves.

In using the Services, it is prohibited to:
Restrict the access of other Users or obstruct other Users in using the Services.
Send advertising, information and other materials without consent (or in lack of application) by the mail recipients, as well as to electronic publications and conferences irrelevant on the subject matter.
Perform “fan” (mass) mailing of advertising, information and other materials to other users of Internet unless the recipients give their consent to receive the said materials both to personal e-mail address and via electronic public access publications and conferences not intended for such purposes.
Perform self-willed (unauthorized) penetrations into any process components (units), programs, databases and other constituent elements of the Executive’s network and Internet. Penetration should be understood as any actions, against committing of which, or attempted committing of which, the legal accountability is established in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Transmit any information or software containing viruses or other harmful components.
Send, transmit, reproduce, provide or otherwise use for commercial purposes the any information, software or other materials, fully or partially obtained by means of the Services (unless expressly permitted by a provider of such information, software or other products).
Executive is not obliged to track the content of information circulated via the Services. However, the User assumes the condition the Executive shall be entitled to trace, from time to time, the information which passes through the Services and disclose any information should it be necessary according to the law, requirements of authorized state institutions, or for normal functioning of the Services, or for protection of the Executive and other Users, as well as any third persons whose rights and interests were, or might be, infringed.
Executive may terminate the User’s access to the Service without preliminary warning if the User appears to be involved in the actions which are, as the Executive reasonably believes, violating the rules and standards set forth in this Agreement.
Parties shall bear responsibility for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations according to applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Users confirm that they agree with these Rules for Services using by clicking the “I accept the terms” key placed under the text of these Rules for Services using.
Service rendering commencement is determined from:
the moment of first connection to portal access;
from the moment of first connection to video view;
and is effective through entire time under the rate plan.
